I Dr. Victor Carabello, am the founder of California Probate Liquidation, LLC.  My company specializes in liquidating assets found in probate (mostly real property).  This process in turn creates cash for the estate so all creditors (secured and unsecured) can get satisfied and heirs can receive their distributions.  But I am a physician, why am I doing this?

I am a kidney specialist and unfortunately kidney disease is becoming quite prevalent and not unsurprisingly, irreversible kidney failure is on the rise.   Most of my patients suffer from that horrible catastrophic disease and many need dialyses to sustain life.  Not too many doctors can treat those people to the fullest.  It requires a lot of compassion and empathy.  I was blessed to have been born with both of those qualities and my patients certainly receive it.

Not long ago I purchased a dated, run-down property that needed substantial repairs.  I fixed it up and it became gorgeous.  It also became an asset to the community.  In the process I discovered that I had a passion for real estate.  In fact, I became a licensed real estate agent.  There are many niches in real estate, probate being one of them.  Given the compassion and empathy that I feel for people, it is no wonder that I gravitated towards that area of real estate.   Probate and myself, just like medicine, are a “good fit”.  Relieving a personal representative of their stressful duties, creating cash for the attorneys, heirs, and creditors, gives me tremendous amount of satisfaction, just like when I treat my patients.  I want to be an asset to the community not just in medicine but in Probate as well.  Those of you who engage with me in the Probate realm will feel my empathy and compassion, just like my patients do.
